Colgate is the developer, on behalf of Hyatt Hotels, of a boutique hotel and timeshare project at 485 Fifth Avenue in New York City. Formerly a 215,000 square foot office building, Hyatt’s plans call for the partial demolition of the building in order to create an interior courtyard and additional four floors featuring a window-wall façade. Designed by world-renowned interior and architectural designer Tony Chi, the Hyatt Andaz will set a new standard for luxury boutique hotels.
