Colgate Development LLC was originally established in 2004 as a boutique real estate development company. Working with a broad range of real estate investors, hotel brands and operators, along with other real estate developers, Colgate focused on the development and sale of a number of luxury condominium and hotel projects across the North America.
Colgate has continued its focus on luxury real estate as it now looks for opportunities repositioning failed projects, renovating existing hotels, and new development. As the real estate market in general, and the luxury market in particular, starts to recover, there are many projects which need innovative and creative ideas, exacting execution, and new capital.
